Registration Information
1. Attendees abroad and Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan could only register and pay at the symposium.
2. There is no on-line registration. All conference registration must be done using the CCMMS 2008 Conference Registration Form, which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
3. Domestic attendees can take advantage of the discounted Advance Registration fee by registering and paying before July 20, 2008. After that, regular registration fees will apply.
4. Students may give preferential benefit of ￥100 with student status proof.
5. Registration fee includes material fee, and transportation fee during conference.
6. Completed registration form, bank transfer payment proof (for domestic advance registration only), and student status proof (for student registration only) shall be sent to the CCMMS 2008 conference secretariat via fax or email.
